Development takes place along the recently completed coastal highway,
the Costanera, which runs for 70 kilometers along the Pacific Ocean
from Dominical in the north to Palmar del Norte in the south.

“Three Kings” Development Project

• The Property is currently under development.
• Five (5) Canadian Investors participate in this Project, which is located in Tres Rios, OSA Region. Tres Rios is located across from Coronado (refer to the previous Map slide).
• The Property was purchased directly from a local farmer, Sr. Isidro Fernandez Segura on July 27, 2007.
• The farm property (Finca) of 22 hectares is divided into 36 Lots with various panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and spectacular Mountain & River views. 22 Lots also feature river frontage.
• Direct access to the Costanera Coastal Highway via a gentle sloping public road (3 km.), which is in excellent condition.
